Reset your device?
Lost your card from your digital wallet?
Don’t worry. Your stamps are still saved.
Here’s how to recover your card:
1️⃣ Go to the recovery page
Section titled “1️⃣ Go to the recovery page”Access the link:

2️⃣ Enter your email
Section titled “2️⃣ Enter your email”Type the same email address you used when you first added the card.
⚠️ It is important to use the exact same email, as it identifies your cards.
After entering your email, click to continue.
3️⃣ Check your email and enter the verification code
Section titled “3️⃣ Check your email and enter the verification code”You will receive a verification code by email.
- Open your inbox.
- Copy the code you received.
- Return to the page and enter the code to validate your access.
4️⃣ Open “My loyalty cards”
Section titled “4️⃣ Open “My loyalty cards””After validating the code:
- Click on “My loyalty cards”.
- You will see all cards linked to your email.
- Select the desired card.
- Add it again to your digital wallet.
Done! Your card will be restored with all previously collected stamps.

- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
