How to create the card?
The Campaign Creation screen allows you to configure the loyalty card that will be made available to your customers in Google Wallet and Apple Wallet.
- Open the screen using the link: https://www.voltaai.com.br/s/criarCampanha and follow the step-by-step instructions below:
1. Fill in the Campaign details
Section titled “1. Fill in the Campaign details”Campaign Name *
Section titled “Campaign Name *”Enter an internal name to identify your campaign.
Example:
My Loyal Customer Campaign
This name is only for internal organization within the system.
2. Configure the Card Design
Section titled “2. Configure the Card Design”📌 Card Information
Section titled “📌 Card Information”Business Name *
Section titled “Business Name *”Name that will appear on the customer’s card.
Example:
My Restaurant (Loyalty)
🎁 What will the reward be?
Section titled “🎁 What will the reward be?”Before defining your reward, we recommend reading:

Number of Required Stamps
Section titled “Number of Required Stamps”Enter how many stamps the customer needs to collect to earn the reward.
Example:

Description *
Section titled “Description *”Describe what the reward will be.
Example:
Collect 10 stamps and get a free lunch!
Avoid very long descriptions.
🖼️ Images
Section titled “🖼️ Images”Icon Image URL *
Section titled “Icon Image URL *”Enter the URL of your business logo
or use the button to upload an image.
Use custom stamp image?
Section titled “Use custom stamp image?”Choose whether you want to use a custom image for the stamps.
- Yes → You will be able to select the stamp type.
- No → The default model will be displayed.
(Optional) Footer Image URL
Section titled “(Optional) Footer Image URL”You can add an image to appear at the bottom of the card.
🎨 Colors
Section titled “🎨 Colors”Background Color *
Section titled “Background Color *”Choose the main color of the card.
Text Color *
Section titled “Text Color *”Define the text color (note: it may vary depending on the device).
3. Preview the Card
Section titled “3. Preview the Card”On the right panel of the screen, you can preview:
- How the card will appear in Google Wallet
- How the card will appear in Apple Wallet
The preview is for reference only. The final format may vary depending on the device model.
4. Location-Based Notifications (Optional)
Section titled “4. Location-Based Notifications (Optional)”You can automatically send a message when the customer is near your establishment (up to 100 meters).
Want to enable this feature?
Section titled “Want to enable this feature?”Select Yes to activate it.
If enabled, you will need to provide:
- Place Name
- Latitude
- Longitude
- Message that will appear in Apple Wallet
Note: Automatic personalization applies only to Apple Wallet.
5. Save the Campaign
Section titled “5. Save the Campaign”After filling in all the information:
- Review the details.
- Click the Save button.
Your campaign will be created and ready to be shared with your customers.
Next Step
Section titled “Next Step”After creating the campaign:
- Generate the campaign link.
- Share it with your customers.
- Start stamping and building loyalty!
