How to distribute the card?

After creating your campaign, it’s time to make the loyalty card available to your customers.

Each campaign has exclusive and dynamic links, meaning the sharing and display links are different for every campaign created.

You can distribute the card in two ways:


Section titled “1️⃣ Sharing Link (Digital Distribution)”

Access your campaign inside the dashboard and copy the automatically generated Sharing Link.

Example format: https://www.voltaai.com.br/s/adicionarNaMinhaCarteira/{CAMPAIGN_CODE}

The final code in the link changes for each campaign.

  • Share this link with your customers via:
    • WhatsApp
    • Instagram (bio or direct message)
    • Email
    • SMS
    • Your business website
    • QR Code in digital materials

When the customer accesses the link:

  1. They will be able to choose:
    • Add to Google Wallet (Android)
    • Add to Apple Wallet (iPhone)
  2. The card will be saved directly to their phone’s digital wallet.

Tip: Send the link together with a message explaining the reward.

Example message: “Collect 10 stamps and get a free lunch!
Add your digital card here 👇“


Section titled “2️⃣ Display Link (QR Code for Printing)”

Inside the campaign panel, copy the Display Link.

Example format: https://www.voltaai.com.br/s/display/{CAMPAIGN_CODE}

Just like the sharing link, this link is also exclusive to each campaign.

  • This link opens a page with your campaign’s QR Code.
  • You can:
    • Print the page
    • Place it on the counter
    • Attach it to the wall
    • Display it near the checkout
    • Place it on tables

When the customer scans the QR Code:

  1. They will be redirected to the card addition page.
  2. They can save it to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet.

You can use both strategies at the same time:

  • Digital → To promote on social media.
  • Printed → For customers already inside your establishment.

The easier it is to access the card, the higher your customers’ adoption rate will be.


Train your team to always ask:

“Do you already have our digital loyalty card?”

If not, ask the customer to scan the QR Code at the counter or send the link immediately.

The more customers add the card, the greater the return on your campaign.
