How to give rewards?

1. Has the customer already collected the required stamps?

If yes, it’s time to reward your loyal customer 😀

2. Ask the customer to show their card

  • If the customer uses an iPhone, ask them to open the Apple Wallet app.
  • If they use Android, ask them to open the Google Wallet app.

3. Open the Redeem Rewards screen

4. Scan the Customer’s QR Code

  1. With the Reward Redemption screen open, click the “Scan QR Code” button.
  2. Point your camera at the QR Code on the customer’s loyalty card.

OR

  1. On the same Redeem Rewards screen, manually enter the customer’s card code.
    Where can I find the code? The code is displayed right below the QR Code on the customer’s card.

After scanning:

  • The number of stamps will be automatically deducted from the customer’s card.
  • The customer will receive a confirmation email.
