How to send a message to the card?
How does it work?
Section titled “How does it work?”When you create and send a message:
- All cards in the campaign will receive the same message.
- The message is delivered directly to the digital wallet apps.
- There is no option to send messages via WhatsApp or similar apps.
How is the message displayed in Google Wallet?
Section titled “How is the message displayed in Google Wallet?”- The user receives a notification on their phone informing them that there is a new message on the card.
- When opening the card, the message does not appear automatically.
- The user must tap “View message” to see the full content.
How is the message displayed in Apple Wallet?
Section titled “How is the message displayed in Apple Wallet?”- The user receives a notification on their iPhone showing:
- The card title
- The message content
- When tapping the notification, the card automatically opens in Apple Wallet.
- The message is also saved in the card details (accessible through the details menu).
What are the limitations?
Section titled “What are the limitations?”- You can send messages up to 3 times per day, whether:
- The same message
- Different messages
- Delivery is not guaranteed.
Message delivery depends on:
- Internet connection
- Notifications enabled on the card
- Notifications enabled in the digital wallet app (Google Wallet or Apple Wallet)
Important (Apple Wallet)
Section titled “Important (Apple Wallet)”The customer must keep Automatic Updates enabled on the card to properly receive messages and updates.
Can I delete or edit a sent message?
Section titled “Can I delete or edit a sent message?”- Once sent, the message cannot be deleted.
- To correct a message that has already been sent, send another one with an ERRATA.
- Review your message carefully before sending.

The platform is not responsible for the text, links, or information sent to end users.
1. How to send a message?
Section titled “1. How to send a message?”- Open Send Message at:

2. Create the message
Section titled “2. Create the message”- Click the “New Message” button.
- Enter a message with a maximum of 140 characters. Links are allowed, but wallet apps do not make them clickable.
- Choose which campaign you want to send it to.
- Click save.
3. Send the message
Section titled “3. Send the message”- Click the “Send Message” button.
- After clicking, your message will be placed in a sending queue.
