How to stamp the card?
1. Does the customer already have the card in their wallet?
Section titled “1. Does the customer already have the card in their wallet?”- If the customer has not added the card, ask them to add it using the campaign link you created.

2. Ask the customer to show their card
Section titled “2. Ask the customer to show their card”- If the customer uses an iPhone, ask them to open the Apple Wallet app.
- If they use Android, ask them to open the Google Wallet app.
3. Open the Stamp Screen
Section titled “3. Open the Stamp Screen”- Access the Stamp Card page using the link:

4. Scan the Customer’s QR Code
Section titled “4. Scan the Customer’s QR Code”- With the Stamp Card screen open, click the “Scan QR Code” button.
- Point your camera at the QR Code on the customer’s loyalty card.
OR
- On the same screen, manually enter the customer’s card code.
Where can I find the code? The code is displayed right below the QR Code on the customer’s card.
After scanning:
- The number of stamps will be automatically updated on the customer’s card.
- The customer will receive a confirmation email.
